The village centre and its collection of low-key seafood konobas sit around a sheltered harbour, with a string of small pebble beaches running along the shoreline on either side. None of the Rose beaches are large, most are 50 to 80 metres of pebble tucked between stone outcrops, but the water is shallow, clear and warm, and the village's position inside the bay keeps conditions calm in almost all weather. The beaches closest to the village itself stay relatively busy on summer afternoons, while those walkable along the coast path toward Žabljak Crnojevića empty out within a 10-minute stroll.
