Private and shared transfers cover the legs that buses and taxis don't simplify. Shared shuttles leave on a schedule for about half the private rate but wait for the vehicle to fill. Cruise-port pickups at Kotor (45 minutes) sit around €40–€60. Operators book via email or WhatsApp and accept card or cash in euros. Meet-and-greet at the airport arrivals hall is standard. Booking 24 hours ahead is normally enough outside August peaks.
