The service splits between passenger taxi, business travel and a courier line that handles packages up to twenty kilograms within the municipality.

The dispatch responds to a short three-digit dial, operator numbers across the three Montenegrin mobile networks, an in-house mobile app on iOS and Android, and the Autocab automated system. Wheelchair-accessible vehicles are available on the fleet. The dispatch desk handles contracts for repeat business travel.
