Fashion shops in Herceg Novi split into two styles. Along Njegoševa and the side streets behind Slovenska Obala, small boutiques stock summer dresses, linen shirts, sandals and beachwear from a mix of regional designers and international mid-market brands, typically €20–€80 per piece. Inside the Old Town, a handful of independent stores lean towards handmade leather bags, hand-printed scarves and local jewellery. Larger chain stores (H&M, Zara) are in Bijela shopping centre or a 40-minute drive to Budva. Most shops open 09:00–21:00 in summer, closing earlier in shoulder season.
