Parking in Herceg Novi is a mix of paid street zones and dedicated car parks. The waterfront lot beside Škver harbour charges about €1/hour or €8–€10 for 24 hours. Paid kerbside parking along Njegoševa and the Old Town approach runs €0.50–€1/hour, paid via ticket machine or the lokalparking.me app. Free parking is available further out in Igalo and Meljine, 10–15 minutes' walk from the centre. Summer weekends fill fast; arriving before 10:00 makes a clear difference. Hotels and rental apartments usually include one reserved bay. Non-residents parking illegally in tow zones risk a wheel clamp and a €30–€60 release fee.
