It comprises twenty-four air-conditioned apartments ranging from 30 to 50 square metres. The sea and a sandy beach are situated approximately 10 metres from the entrance. A closed-type garage is available within the ground floor of the building.

Each apartment is equipped with a mini kitchen, LCD television, cable and wireless internet access, and a private bathroom with a shower cabin. Terraces provide views of the sea and promenade. The hotel operates a restaurant and tea kitchen organized on a half-board basis. Staff services are structured according to standard hotel operations.
